As Absolute Mechanical Co Inc., we designed, installed, and corrected hundreds of heating systems in the New York area. Now we are extending our knowledge of the practical application to assist engineers, architects, and contractors from the seed of an idea to the final product. We can assist from design to installation, to commissioning.

Design for General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers

We can review draft plans to ensure that they will perform in a real world application. We can perform heat loss calculations to provide proper boiler and piping sizes, equipment selection and layouts. We can perform site visits to ensure that the contractor is adhering to the plans and notify the decision maker if there are any relevant deviations, preventing issues before they affect the bottom line. It is always most cost effective to do job right first time.

Commissioning Heating Systems

Once a heating system is installed by a contractor it needs to be properly commissioned. Factory defaults are not applicable for all buildings or homes. We will make sure all tests are performed, verify sensors locations and system settings. we will set up the system to work as designed, including combustion set up. If there are any deficiencies we will find them before the system is turned on.
